交替(ti)(ti)拋(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)法,就(jiu)(jiu)是將幾種拋(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)相(xiang)互配(pei)合(he)交替(ti)(ti)進行(xing)的整(zheng)個拋(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)的總稱。它常用于多組分合(he)金及工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)上對多組分合(he)金及工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)上對拋(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)表面粗(cu)糙(cao)度要(yao)求(qiu)高的拋(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)作業(ye)。例如,在電(dian)拋(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)某種合(he)金制(zhi)件時(shi),有時(shi)會在制(zhi)件表面形(xing)成(cheng)一層(ceng)嚴重妨礙電(dian)拋(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)繼續(xu)進行(xing)的覆蓋層(ceng),但還未到達工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)上對拋(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)表面粗(cu)糙(cao)度的要(yao)求(qiu)。這(zhe)就(jiu)(jiu)需要(yao)在電(dian)拋(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)間,加(jia)入(ru)一道機械(xie)拋(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang),以及時(shi)除去(qu)電(dian)拋(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)形(xing)成(cheng)的覆蓋層(ceng),然(ran)后(hou)再進行(xing)電(dian)拋(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)。這(zhe)種“電(dian)拋(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)—機械(xie)拋(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)-電(dian)拋(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)”交替(ti)(ti)進行(xing)的整(zheng)個工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi),就(jiu)(jiu)是交替(ti)(ti)拋(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)的一個實(shi)例。
